My Style Is
Things that are inexpensive and/or free are often way more gratifying than things that cost a lot of money. And just to be really clear—beautiful style is a beautiful thing but superficial materialism is not.
Don’t wait until your kids are grown and out of the house or until you are in your “permanent” home to decorate. Live in the moment and enjoy your home now—and have fun with it!

What You Should Know About Me
I’m a military spouse (and yes it is true every 3rd military move your household goods/furnishings look like they have been through the apocalypse).
I’m a mom (I have two little boys who are unwittingly trying to make our household style look like it has been through the apocalypse).
I’m Imported from Detroit.
I graduated from Michigan State University with an Arts Degree (that I have actually used).
I decorated the White House for Christmas 2014–which was a huge honor. It was televised by HGTV and so now I am forever immortal.
I’m a big believer in paying it forward—spread joy and be a positive vibe.
And I believe a sense of humor is the best accessory to anyone’s style.
My mission at Bella Home Staging is to educate and empower people to make the most of their homes so they reflect who they are and how their families live. I help define your style and translate it to your home.
I Style Houses. And, no that is not going to save the world but I believe that happiness starts at Home. Good style is beauty at its best if it is authentic to the individual. Own your skin. Love your house. Create joy in your home (and pass it on).
People I tend to work with a lot: Busy families who have nice things (or just things) but don’t know what the heck to do with them or are too afraid or too overwhelmed and just need a gentle push in the right direction. Nice people who don’t want to impress the Joneses—they just want to have a play date at their house and not feel embarrassed. The less than 1% of the American population who we call MILITARY FAMILIES who have lived in a house for a year (and sacrifice a lot) and who still have the furniture exactly where the movers put it and the nails on the wall from the last people who lived there (and are probably moving again…next month).
